Refund for any service will be approved and initiated only if user contact us on whatsapp at +91-8800595659 within 2 hrs of payment. The refund process will be barred after 2 hrs of payment.

• If you have given the wrong data, you should mail us the correct data within 3 hours of payment. After 2 hours, the provided data will be considered final.
• If a report is prepared using the wrong data, we will not be liable for the loss. Analyzing the report again will be considered as a new project and will be accordingly charged.
• Refunds will be made within 10 business days from the time of cancellation. However, it is subject to bank norms and the time taken by the bank for processing will prevail here. 
• For the double payment made by you by mistake, one payment will be refunded. However, it may take time as described above.
• Transaction charges will be deducted while refunding the amount.
